IPMA project days 2023

IPMA Project Days is a professional conference focused on trends in project management and networking of experts in the field of project management. It took place on December 18, 2023, in Zagreb, organized by IPMA Croatia. The conference Project Days presented current trends in the project management profession and provided significant opportunities for networking among professionals leading various projects. This edition was dedicated to sustainability in ESG projects, project management in the era of artificial intelligence, and the transformation of digital visions.
Various interesting topics such as the use of artificial intelligence in project management, the development of knowledge, skills, competencies, and human resources in the project profession, digital transformation, non-financial reporting, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues were covered by this year's conference. Discussions also revolved around trends related to the public and private sectors, governance, procurement, and numerous other relevant subjects.


Marko Dabrović was one of the speakers at the IPMA Project Days 2023. In his presentation titled "City Vision: Sustainable Development and Digital Transformation," Marko reflected on digitization and ways in which digital technologies can aid sustainable design and construction. He introduced all participants to the work of Studio 3LHD and how they managed their projects from one simple, online platform VOLUM3.
