VOLUM3 Integration in Rimac Campus at Building Together Event

The Building Together Event is the online home for the AEC industry's biggest digital event series. This event is more than a conference or a networking event; it’s an intensive, active leadership development experience, the right place to learn how to drive your business with BIM, get inspired by industry leaders, learn from client successes, and get a sneak peek at the latest innovations and product updates!

Collaboration within the Rimac Campus Project
Marko Dabrović and Ivana Marić, representing the architectural studio 3LHD, recently participated as speakers in the Building Together Learn event, where the focus was on exploring the dynamics of design collaboration. Their discussion centered around the innovative project that is being designed by 3LHD Studio, Rimac Campus. The new Rimac Campus will combine a production facility for Rimac’s high-performance electric hyper-cars with an aesthetically integrated office building integrated into the natural landscape.
The three key applications used in this project were Archicad, BIMcollab Zoom, and VOLUM3, which is a leading AEC collaboration platform developed in Croatia.

VOLUM3 played an important role in managing all project documentation including plans, specifications, task lists, meeting minutes and more. From the project’s inception, VOLUM3 served as a centralized communication platform for the entire team and the clients.
Introduced at the project’s outset, VOLUM3 not only facilitated collaboration throughout the design phase but also proved invaluable during construction. The platform allowed construction site personnel to view building plans on tablets, eliminating the need for paper and ensuring that the most recent versions of the drawings were being used. The VOLUM3 repository extends to ongoing facilities management, as it consolidates all plans, materials, and specifications in one accessible location.
