In order to strengthen our team with new associates so we are looking for highly motivated and responsible people for the job: Promo Activity Coordinator f/m
Designing, planning and implementing marketing campaigns and activities
Proposing promo activities based on the monitoring of sales results
Cooperation with external associates on the development of a strategic and operational digital marketing plan
Organization and coordination of marketing activities
Creation and coordination of distribution of all promo materials (print, digital, audio, video)
Continuous and active social network communication and social network Website management
Marketing cost control according to a defined budget
Evaluation of Marketing campaigns and undertaken activities
Regular reporting to the company Management of accomplished tasks and effects
New Promo activity coordinator will be responsible for
The implementation of activities related to the exploration of potential markets, the selection of the target market and the preparation of a strategic and operational digital marketing plan
The organization of activities, tasks assignment to projects team members and employees
Monitoring, controlling, to ensure that the activities for which they are responsible are carried out within the foreseen timeframe with the foreseen resources
Achieving the immediate results of these activities
Together with the Project Manager decides on the selection of an external service provider for the delegated responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Economics or social studies
A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same or similar business
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
High-Level Literacy Skills and creative writing
Active usage and knowledge of social networks and digital media
Advanced organisational, communication and presentation skills
A high dose of enthusiasm, creativity, proactivity, and flexibility
Highly motivated to gain new knowledge and experience and apply them in practice the ability to spot opportunities for promoting brands and businesses
Strong teamwork skills
The ability to build effective business relationships
