In order to strengthen our team with new associates so we are looking for highly motivated and responsible people for the job: End Users Support Analyst f/m

Essential Responsibilities

Provide Computer Diagnostic and research, solving end-users problems

Report incidents and problems

Organize and prioritize user reported incidents and problems

Provide support in System and processes standard and quality maintaining

Identify user needs and areas requiring improvements

Define Test Cases

Resolve IT system problems

Provide Customer support for end users

Create ad hoc reports for IT users and the Administration

Update a business IT system - Updates, patches, etc.

Create education materials for end users

Provide first level customer support

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics (IT related), candidates with Education equivalent to the completion of high school and equivalent combination of training and experience in IT will be considered

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Support, or equivalent experience is required (formally or voluntarily)

Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Internet)

Highly proficient in spoken and written English

High-Level Literacy Skills

Highly motivated to gain new knowledge and experience and apply them in practice

Multitasking abilities

Strong teamwork skills

Ability of building effective business relationships

Familiarity with Customer support within large IT systems - experience in HelpDesk tools is an advantage

Understanding business process mapping process, IT procedures and politics is an advantage
